Shipping Policy

We take pride in offering reliable shipping services to our kollectors and provide options to which they deem preferable. Our preferred shipping courier is Japan EMS, however, we also ship items via DHL for faster shipping should the client choose this shipping option.

We offer international shipping via Japan EMS, DHL, and door-to-door delivery (available for clients in the Philippines only). Should you want us to ship your item via DHL, after checkout, please send us a message on the website or on our official instagram page, @kokollectionsluxury. This will incur additional charges on the item depending on the volume of the package.

Here are the estimated delivery times:

Japan EMS - 5 days to 2 weeks once item has been taken by the courier
DHL - 2 days to 1 week once item has been taken by the courier
Door-to-door delivery (only available for clients in the Philippines) - 1-2 weeks upon shipment

Please be informed that we require at least 2-3 days business days for processing before shipping. We are doing our best to ship items on time and as soon as we can, however, please know that we cannot do rush shipping so as to ensure proper packaging your orders.

In the event that the item is returned for shipment because it was delivered to the wrong address or is not received, we will get in touch right away to set up reshipment of your package. Please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery fees. On the other hand, your order will be canceled and a refund will be given, less a 15% restocking fee, if there is no attempt of answer on your end for redelivery.

If the package has not arrived to you despite the tracking information confirming delivery, kindly inform us at once so we can initiate search of the item immediately.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AFTER A SHIPMENT IS MARKED AS DELIVERED. Please contact the courier directly for assistance in such cases. Although we don't send our products with insurance, we personally insure them up until the time wherein the courier takes them in for delivery. After this, our company is no longer liable for any issues post-delivery scan, and the courier should handle any problems that arise after the delivery. To avoid any form of fraud, we take videos and pictures of the item and our team before, during, and after packaging as well as in dropping the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kokollections, we take pride in ensuring high quality vintage luxury items and special care in our service to our clients. Due to the unique nature of our business, we do not allow any refunds or exchanges for any things bought on our store. All items are marked as final sale. Once an order has been perfected in the form of securing payment, it cannot be cancelled.

We take great care in accurately exhibiting, describing, and providing details about the condition of our products. We are aware, nevertheless, that conditions might be arbitrary and that everyone has a different idea of what an acceptable situation is. Before completing your transaction, please contact us via Instagram DM or website if you have any questions or concerns regarding the item's condition. We encourage you to ask for more photos, videos, or description of unclear specifics of the item so as to ensure that you are well aware of its condition prior to purchasing. Our team is very much delighted to assist you in your queries.

Once a sale has been perfected after payment and item has been taken in by the courer for shipment, the buyer is solely the owner of the item and is responsible for it.

In the case that the item bought from our store is proven inauthentic by a trusted authenticator, we will be giving you 10 days to ship the item back to us at your own expense for a full refund. We will refund the full amount of your original purchase

Please ensure that once you purchase the item, we are not responsible for the product once shipped.
