    Please be informed that we require at least 2-3 days business days for processing before shipping. We are doing our best to ship items on time and as soon as we can, however, please know that we cannot do rush shipping so as to ensure proper packaging your orders. 

     

    In the event that the item is returned for shipment because it was delivered to the wrong address or is not received, we will get in touch right away to set up reshipment of your package. Please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery fees. On the other hand, your order will be canceled and a refund will be given, less a 15% restocking fee, if there is no attempt of answer on your end for redelivery. 

     

    If the package has not arrived to you despite the tracking information confirming delivery, kindly inform us at once so we can initiate search of the item immediately. 

     

    It is necessary to understand that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AFTER A SHIPMENT IS MARKED AS DELIVERED. In such instances, please contact your chosen courier for guidance. To avoid any form of fraud, we take videos and pictures of the item and our team before, during, and after packaging as well as in dropping the order.

Although we don't send our products with insurance, we personally insure them up until the time wherein the courier takes them in for delivery. After this, our company is no longer liable for any issues post-delivery scan, and the courier should handle any problems that arise after the delivery.
