  • Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
    To ensure that we meet increasing client demands, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No return, no refund policy if you change your mind after purchasing. Please review all pictures and ask questions or more pictures/videos prior to purchasing.
  • Is the custom taxes/import duties included in the price?
    We take pride in ensuring vintage luxury goods sold at our store are sold at competitive prices. To keep our prices within reasonable value, custom taxes and import duties are not included in the total value of the item. The customer is solely reliable for any import duties and custom taxes to be paid for the item purchased at our store.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Currently, we have one layaway payment plan option available for our kollectors: The following are the terms of the payment plan: 2 weeks Payment plan: - Initial downpayment of 50% of the price of the item - Remaining balance + shipping fee are to be paid within 14 days from the initial payment Note: Initial downpayment is exclusive to sale of the item discussed for purchase. It is non-refundable in case you change your mind and is also non-transferrable to other items.
  • Where are your products sourced?
    All our products are carefully assessed and sourced from large, reputable second hand luxury companies and auctions in Japan.
  • I just placed an order, when will my item be shipped?
    We try our best to ship out items as fast as we can. Please allow us 2-3 business days for shipping your order.
  • Are your items authentic?
    We take pride in selling authentic vintage luxury items. Each item has undergone a rigorous authentication process prior to listing. We are licensed second hand luxury dealers in Japan and we always do a double authentication process. First, we source our items directly from large secondhand companies and bidding in Japan which authenticates the item initially. Second, when the item arrives to us, we authenticate the item from experience in handling luxury bags. We can also have the item authenticated by a trusted authenticator for an additional fee for your added comfort. Incase that it missed our strict authentication process and the item is proven inauthentic by the trusted authenticator, we will be sure to refund 100% of your payment. Your trust is our utmost priority at Kokollections. Gaining and maintaining your trust is important to us as we are creating a reputable luxury shop of authentic pieces.
  • Do you accept sourcing requests?
    Yes! We definitely want to make your dream luxury come true! Send us a sourcing request on our Instagram account, @kokollectionsluxury. The following should be included in the sourcing request: Name of the item: Target date of purchase: Budget for the item: We will get back to you and let you know if we are able to source within your conditions.     All prices are in US dollars.

  • How can I tell the condition of the item?
    We at Kokollections are committed to providing high quality products and take particular care to provide exceptional service to our customers. We take pride in ensuring transparency in every item sold and purchased at our store. Each item is described thoroughly, which are all backed up by the clear detailed pictures of the bags on the site. Please read the description thoroughly and review all pictures prior to purchasing since we do not allow any cancellation or adjustments to the order after they've been placed. For questions or concerns about the item or any uncertainties regarding the condition or the description of the item, you may send us a message here on our website or on our official Instagram account, @kokollectionsluxury. Videos or additional pictures may also be asked through our direct message. It is important to understand that we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after a shipment is marked as delivered. Please contact the courier directly for assistance in such instances. Although we don't send our products with insurance, we personally insure them up until the moment at which the courier takes them in for delivery. After this, we are no longer liable for anything, and the courier should handle any problems that arise after the delivery.
